Meeting Requirements for James

Keynotes are 55 minutes. They are geared for opening meetings, conferences, or After-Dinner Engagements. They are fast-moving informative events with limited attendee interaction and timely humor. James’ Keynotes are teasers and leave attendees wanting more of his presentations. Why? Smith delivers a plethora of useable material, and he does so with FUN and Musical Theatre Vocal Closings. Once you've participated in a Smith Speaks Keynote, you'll ask him back for more lengthy programming and consulting. Not only is James Smith a great presenter, he is also a Chicago trained baritone/tenor. Yes, James is recognized not only as Smith Speaks, but Smith Sings! Smith may occasionally miss a word, but he NEVER misses a note!

Three to four hours in length, half-day training programs evolved from a keynote presentation to, indeed, a training session. The added hours provide instruction and more personal contact with attendees. Not as effective as single day or multiple day programs, the half-day program focuses on the big goals and accomplishments.

Seven to eight hours in length, full day training consists of more extensive training, demonstrating expanded concepts with resolutions. More time is available for attendee participation.

Multiple Day Training allocates more detailed time for exercising Smith’s principles and concepts for in-house results. Hence, multiple day programs are conducted within the corporation’s main office or regional offices.

Preprogramming Planning

James begins designing and customizing each client’s program six months in advance. James will obtain valuable information from your meeting planner with phone interviews. Six months out from your meeting or conference date, James will develop a simple outline of your presentation or program with detailed notes. Three months out, questions and information become more detailed and critical. Three weeks before your scheduled program date, James will intensify his delivery of the program daily. He memorizes all materials and program segments.
